Everyone has something to hide and George, a average building concierge takes advantages of those secrets. Despite knowing nothing really, he fools people in New York City by sending out blackmail letters, asking for the same amount of money no matter what their secret may be. Trouble ensures when one of his letters is sent to Harley, the beautiful girl next doors.
